I'm generally happy with 26 iOS & OS but I have an M1 MBA 2TB 16GB that is occasionally an noticeably laggy at times in a way I hadn't noticed before.
Tahoe 26.0.1. Battery health "normal" at 88%.
In fact, often for the first time, I sense some heat under my right hand when resting on the surface to the right of the trackpad... And occasionally when typing an email, there's significant stutter and lag, as well as the "Downloading messages" indicator in the lower left of the Mail app is constantly scanning back & forth, which I don't recall if that was typical before.
I must say I notice a similar lag on my M1 11" iPad...including the occasional screen freeze/unresponsiveness especially with Safari on iPad. Wasn't there before 26.
Anyone else? Bug? Fixes on the horizon?
