Hi guys,

I'm in the process of replacing my 2018 Mac Mini with a new M1 Macbook Air, but when I plug in my monitor (UCB C to Displayport cable) into the Macbook Air it is displaying in a lower resolution than the Mini does. I noticed when switching to scaled mode the two computers show me different resolutions and refresh rate. 2560 x 1440 on the Mac Mini looks great, on the M1 Air it looks terrible. Same cable, same OS version. I'm really struggling to find anything online about problem. If anyone could point me in the right direction I would really really appreciate it.
