M1 MacBook Pro - Power Nap option missing

Is it normal to not have the Power Nap option in the Battery settings of Ventura on Apple Silicon machines?
I only see the option for Wake on Network activity and optimized video streaming.
 
The power nap behavior is default now with apple silicon because it was designed with that in mind.
