M1 Macbook Pro Touch ID problem

After upgrading the MACos to 14.3 Touch ID not working properly, sometimes it works and sometimes doesnt respond, before 14.3 its was working fine.
Anyone facing this issue?
 
I just updated my MB Pro M1 to 14.3. TouchID does not waor at all on my Magic Keyboard, only on the MB's internal keyboard. Both in 100 percent of the cases.
