M1 Max apps taking forever to install and Apple TV app crashes

Hey guys I’ve just received my 16” Max and it seems it’s taking forever to download and install apps and also Apple TV app crashes as soon I start a movie.

I’ve got a 50mbps fibre but the App Store and everything online takes a long time to load. I’ve erased all content and settings and re-installed everything but it has made no difference.

Any solution to this?
