Resolved M1 Max MacBook Pro - SDErrorDomain Error 102

A friend of mine is unable to set disk back to Full Security because of this error. Any idea why?
 
RESOLVED:

MacBook didn't think it had wifi and there was a special problem with wifi at this location. Connected MacBook to iPhone hotspot and tried the option again - it worked.
