M1 Max MBP + Dropbox power drain

Hi all

not sure if this the correct forum for this but anyways.....

Recently took delivery of an M1 Max 16" Macbook Pro, super happy with it. But it looks like is getting battery drain from dropbox.

At the momoent im only using the laptop for regular day to day stuff (before moving onto heavier things in January), but it looks like dropbox is using 3 times more juice than any other app (mail, safari, lightroom etc).

Anyone seen this before? I havent fully tested but i doubt i'd get 8 hours battery on this which is worse than my old i9.

That's why I don't use the Dropbox app and instead use the donation ware CyberDuck.io to connect to my DropBox folders! After setting up with Dropbox it is easy as opening the app if you want it too!
