I’m not a heavy user. Trying to figure out what I am gonna do with my M1 pro. What about you all?

Seems like unless you go M1 Max you are still limited to 2 displays?? Seems ridiculous. Please someone tell me I am wrong...

All I can say is, holy crap what an upgrade for anyone who does...does everyone need to upgrade? No but man, those who do will be blown away every day.

I think alll I can say is that software needs to take advantage of this. These machines are just too fast.

Same for me. This is a crazy good piece of hardware, but I ask myself what I really would need all that power for? My MBP 1M is good enough for everything I do at the moment.

I just bought my 13" MBP a couple of weeks ago from BestBuy, and am still in the return window until Nov 2. I order a 14" this morning for delivery on Tuesday, and will likely return the 13" once I get it.

There are lots of "nice to haves" with these new MBP's. The ports, 120hz, updated silicon, new chassis, etc. But the reality is that most folks with an M1 notebook won't notice the performance difference in the day to day, unless they're pushing it to the limits for encoding, video editing, app compiling, etc.
