Hi there,

Yesterday I was just watching a YouTube video on my 2020 M1 MBP with a few Safari tabs open (4 max) and it randomly shut off and will not turn back on.

Now, it is making a faint clicking noise coming from where the USB-C/Left side of the Mac.

The only thing that I’ve done recently is plug in a new pair of EarPods for the first time, but they weren’t plugged in at the time when it shut off.

Thanks in advance!

Press and hold the power button for 10 sec or more to boot into Recovery. If that no longer works, most likely hardware issues and you’ll need to take to Apple Store or Authorized Service for diagnostics.
