M1 MBP Touchbar crashing?

Hello,
I am sorry if this is in the wrong section but I just started using my new M1 MBP on Saturday. I have noticed it works fine but the touchbar at keeps crashing, no matter what app I use and I can’t click on the customize touchbar option.
i attached a video.

It won’t maximize and always goes black. I included a video. Does this mean my Mac is damaged or something?

I tried a reinstall of Big Sur and didn’t help.

Can you try a revive, and if that doesn't work, a restore? Revive should keep your files but restore erase them. Either way, backup your Mac before.
