M1 Mini starts iTunes by itself

WTF is up with this crap? Dam iTunes starts playing music on its own. I leave it on. But in the evening only, it will start playing music On its own. Anyone else?

Is someone putting on bluetooth earbuds? Happens to me all the time when I do that - even waking a computer out of sleep. Drives me bonkers!

Noticed it only does it when I am sitting in my recliner using my iphone or iPad. I leave my M1 mini on 24/7 usually. Didn't start this until the last full OS update.

It might be doing AirPlay between the Mini and your iOS devices. Seems you can't really turn off the music feature on the iPad/iPhone. Someone here probably knows better how to delink them so there is no autoplay happening.

Probably an issue with either bluetooth handoff , auto sync settings in Mac music app or maybe a sharing permission issue , though i don't think that last one was carried over form iTunes.

I went in to the mini, iPad and my iPhone to de link from each other but it’s still doing it. When it did it on my mini a couple nights ago, iTunes was running on the mini. Did not have iTunes on on my iPhone or iPad.
