M1 not recognizing HDMI monitor after update, Dual monitors

I upgraded to Monterey last night. Restarted the Mini this morning. Right monitor (main log in) is blank. Left shows wallpaper.

Unplugged the HDMI cord and log in showed up on left screen. Log in and plugged the HDMI cord back in.

It went back to right black screen and left wallpaper.

Any ideas to get the monitors back to normal?
