Hello,
please ask for advice on which configuration is more appropriate for the photographer.
(Capture One, Photoshop, Affinity, transfers of files and libraries, )
I've decided on the M1Pro chip, but I don't know what combination of cores and memory I'm going to benefit from more.
Thank you for your answer. Tomas

Normally in tech, get the basic and update sooner. This is how you get the more bang for your buck. I think even the basic M1 Pro is overkill for most people.

If you use capture one mostly, this software needs the best possible gpu with as much vram as possible. Especially if you use 4k+ resolution. Its written in the release spec in system requirements. That was for Intel.
Dunno if ARM changed something

Thanks,
8/14/16+32RAM seems be beter choice from this perspective.
