iPad Pro M2 12,9 iPad Pro randomly restring when charging

I noticed that my new M2 iPad Pro keep respiring when I plug it in for charging. It never happens when I actually use it. Its very annoying because all my apps and safari tabs keeps reloading because of this.

Anyone else have this issue or know if there's a current issue with this and iPadOS 16.2? Thanks.

It might be hardware defect. Take it to support center or Apple store to diagnose and get a replacement. No point wasting your time in troubleshooting.
