I know that there have been a few posts on the efficiency of the M2 MBA (and the M1 for that matter).
Over the weekend I saw it myself and I'm impressed.
I had my iPhone 13 Pro plugged into my M2 MBA and was using it as a wired hotspot. MBA screen at 50% brightness. Low power mode was Off.
I had my Mophie PowerStation XXL plugged into the other USB-C port to charge the MBA. It provides up to 18W of power.

To my surprise, the Mophie actually charged the MBA up to 100%, and the MBA in turn charged the iPhone to 100%.
They were both already at 90%+ charge, so they were not charging at the maximum rate, but I was pleasantly surprised.

The M2 MacBook Air can use over 35W when under heavy load. But if the load is low, I frequently find that my M2 MacBook Air is using less than 4W.

Yes! The low voltages really blow me away, it's a game changer in terms of how I can use and charge this laptop.

Ive had my m2 air unplugged since Saturday morning, now while I haven't been using it heavily, ive used it for several hours, during the web and streaming Netflix or YouTube in the background with the brightness at 50% or higher. I STILL have 40% battery left on this thing! It blows me away, my wife is super jealous as her big and heavy blade 15 doesn't last more then a few hours unplugged even in the lowest power setting lol. These things are definitely amazing for efficiency.
