M370x + Bootcamp... missing options in ATI CCC?

I just got my new rMBP with the M370x.

I installed Windows 8.1, and everything is working pretty well, my game performance is decent, but in the ATI CCC, all I have on the left side of the window is 'Pinned' and 'Presets'.. I don't have any of the normal options. I tried reinstalling the ATI driver but options are still missing.

Any ideas? This wasn't an issue in Windows 10...
