I booted My M4 mini today with a message at the login screen that the WiFi signal is too weak to unlock by watch.

I normally have ethernet hooked up so the internet is still working. However I disabled the ethernet and the wifi is horribly slow like 0.2 mbps on a speedtest. When I option click the wifi icon it only shows connection speed 130mbps WiFi N. I have Wifi 6 access point in this room and all other devices including my iPhone get over 500mbps speeds. I have obviously tried to reboot the MIni as well as the access point. It only seems to connect to 2.4ghz not the 5ghz.

Has my Wifi died in the mini? I tried to forged and re-enter the wifi password to no avail. It also cannot connect to my iPhone hotspot.

Bluetooth appears to work fine with an Apple wireless keyboard & trackpad.

I have looked for a "reset network settings" like on iPhone but I cant find it.

Any suggestions or shall I be calling Apple?

Well this is truly bizarre. Today I booted it up and it's like nothing happened. Everything works, it's able to connect to my Wifi6 (ax) as well as to the iPhone at 5ghz. I've done nothing since yesterday when I tried to troubleshoot this for several hours.

Oh well I hope this doesn't become a thing.
