M4P to MP3 converter (while removing rights)

Trying to make some CD's for my car, and its sort of a PITA.
I need to convert my iTunes purchased music to MP3, but also remove the "rights."

Anyone have a nice program for this?

Only way I know is to burn an audio CD, then rip them back into iTunes as mp3s. If there's an app to handle this, I'm not aware of it.
