In a van down by the river
I noticed today that my iPad Pro screen isn't turning off after 2 minutes like it should, when not being viewed. I checked settings and the toggle is set to 2 minutes.

Anyone else experience this?

Having same problem since iPad Pro M4 and now on M5.
I tried ‘reset settings’ and that didn’t work. I erased and set up as new and it has worked the last several times. I had originally set up the M5 using my iPhone. Funny thing is I did the same thing when I had my M4 11” iPad Pro and didn’t have that problem. I am going to keep a watch on the display over the weekend to see if the problem did in fact resolve itself.

Glad to read my case wasn’t the only one.

Do you like the 13” better than the 11”?

After using the 11" since release day until I got the 13", I knew I had made the right decision. Granted, the 11" was a little easier to carry around. However, the extra screen on the 13" has made using the Pro a real pleasure, especially with the ZUGU case (when not connected to the Magic Keyboard). I also got the cellular model and signed up for an unlimited plan for less than $17 a month with US Mobile.

Check "Attention Aware Feature" under Settings>Face ID and Passcode

I've disabled this on all my devices because it doesn't seem to work correctly and causes my iPad especially to not lock after the allotted timeout.

Same problem here since updating from the beta release candidate to the final release version.

iPad Pro M5 11". Wondered why my battery was suddenly going down so fast.
