m7 MacBook Graphical Distortion While Screen Recording

Just got my m7 MacBook.

I was trying to record my screen while running Hearthstone. The frame rate was acceptable, but after a few minutes the whole screen flickered and become distorted.

Can anyone else test screen recording while playing a game? Not sure if I’m just pushing the machine to its limits or if I got a lemon.

I mean screen recording is pretty intensive especially at retina resolutions, I'm assuming you're using the built in Quicktime screen recording? The Intel Iris even can have difficulties recording the screen so its likely you're pushing the limit of the device. 3rd Party screen recorders tend to be better but you'll need to shell out money.
