Hi, guys
I am new here and I find that place great! I learned a lot here:) But...

My MAC: 2010 12-Core, 2x 6-Core Intel Xeon 2x 2,66 GHz
48Gb RAM - 6x 8Gb
Radeon rx 580 xfx 8Gb
HDDs: SATA - SSD EVO 850 (250Gb-speed 200mb/s), HDD 2x 1Tb (speed 100mb/s); NVME PCI - SSD EVO 970 500Gb (speed 1400mb/s) with adapter RIITOP M.2
OS Mojave 10.14.6, BootROM 144.0.0.0.0 (fresh installation of HighSierra and then to Mojave from boot USB - no more reachable.
I use the Mac for Adobe Creative Suit.
My MacBook Pro 15", 2012, SSD 250, 16Gb RAM, HighSierra works much better than MP5,1, although MP 5,1 has better technique.

My issues:
1. It seems to boot too slow (few minutes black screen, then starts Login) - what should I check to boot quickly?
2. I have no open core and shows no boot screen - do I need openCore at all and what will that help me?
3. I tried to install patched Catalina, but I cannot boot from USB drive - "C" doesn't work, ALT doesn't work, in start up disk menu USB drive is not shown. - how can I boot from USB in that case? Should I install Catalina or higher?
4. I had Mojave on NVME and then installed it on SSD but there is no difference on the boot speed. On which drive is recommended to have OS?
5. Adobe Illustrator, Indesign and Photoshop don't work smoothly. It looks like delay on starting and on working with programs. Any ideas?

I would be very thankful for any help or ideas!!
