I recently started experiencing a problem with my macbook pro. When I am in any program or application my mac will basically command tab off of the program I am working in and then immediately tab back to it. No other program will appear on my screen so I can not figure out what application is doing this. I have already deleted any applications that I do not need that are not apple created. This happens every 10 seconds exactly and is extremely annoying. Any suggestions would be appreciated
