I need a way to find the MAC address of the wireless network I am connected to.

Any ideas or apps to do this from the iphone?

There is an app called Scany, that will do what you want.

The issue is the base-station is in bridge mode so it doesn't advertise a wireless ip. The router ip that is shown on the phone is an ISP router.

On the mac I would have to use tcpdump or a stumbler to find it.

The reason I wanted this is not for any hacking reasons. I wanted to log a base-station that skyhook geo-location service does not have cataloged and I didn't have my Mac.
