I have seen some apple users have .mac address I know it is not from mobileme address but where can i find one or to sign up for .mac address?

Unfortunately for you they are no longer available. The people who have them can still use them, but no new sign ups are allowed, or have been for roughly 4 years I believe.

Thats just an Apple ID for iChat which ends in @mac.com

an Email address ending in @mac.com is no longer possible to create
