I need help I am a new mac air user and I accidently clicked on the remote disc icon and dragged into the next screen and i cant find it anymore it no longer appears under devices can anyone help me

Sorry, it's just a little hard to understand what the problem is. Please start from the beginning and be very detailed in what happened (exactly what window, etc.). We'll do our best to help then.
go to the Menu Bar at the Top of The Screen, click on Finder in bold, go down to preferences, then choose the sidebar tab. There should be a checkbox next to remote disc or CD,s DVDs, and iPods. Check it, and it should work - I think.
