Mac alternative for FRAPS needed

Hello guys, I have been a windows user for a long time now and have recently shifted to mac. I play games such as counter strike source on my mac natively with steam and would like to know how my frames per second I'm getting with my machine just for the sake of comparison and choosing the most appropriate video settings. Does anyone know of any good app that does the same on mac?

I don't know of a traps like program but in cs source you can show gps by enabling the console and typing "net_graph 1" there is also a showfps command.
