Mac alternative to convertXtoDVD?

Hey guys,

a friend of mine is wanting me to copy the insanity workout for him to a dual layer disc which is fine!

However I am now a MAC user, I have the files on my PC and can very easily transfer them to my laptop however how do I burn them and set a disc menu etc?

The file is around 5gb and I will be using an Apple superdrive to burn.
