I can't find any wrist blood pressure meter and portable ECG machine which is Macintosh compatible.

I would like to get data to Mac by using USB or SD-card.

There are things like Omron Heart Scan which is Windows only and some Withings products.

If you have an Apple store in your area, Definitely check them out. Unfortunately, the only ones I could find (and bought one) are only compatible with the iPhone & iPad (Bluetooth). Reason is that you will need the specific app for that blood pressure machine in order to "talk" to the device make it work. Once it takes your blood pressure, the device will send the results (usually real time) to the app and the app will record the results to your account. You can access your results via the internet once you log into your ihealthlabs account. For the Withings one, you can export your results to an Excel or CSV Format.

I have this one and it works great.

Both are FDA & Health Canada Approved as well.
