Probably a glitch, this is the following behaviour in the mexican app store:
You enter the app's page, you see a blue button with the price, click on it, then it changes to a green button that says "Buy App," click on it, the transaction then goes as usual.
For some reason the wrong text appears on the purchase button, for you. DABuyButtonBuyNow sounds more like the name of an NS class or something.
