Mac App for Planning lessons

Hi,
I am looking for an app for Mac and iPhone if possible. Opus One has almost everything I am looking for. I just don't like the subscription and the look of the app.

I like it because it has the calendar and to-dos on the left and the notes on the right side. I will use the notes on the right side to organize by using bullets pdf's and jpgs.
