Universal Mac app or iOS app that can recreate closing credits of Blue Valentine

The closing credits of the movie Blue Valentine assimilate still photos with vibrant videos of fireworks.

Anyone know of a Mac App or an iOS app that can do this sort of thing? Probably a shot in the dark but thanks.

simplest approximation would just to blend a fireworks video with another on. You probably can do that with iMovie, for sure with Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, daVinci,... on the iPad there are various apps to blend two movies, Lumafusion, the free CapCut...
