Mac App Store Down? No credit card processing ...

I am trying to purchase FCP X and after several failed attempts where the App Store just hung, I got two warnings saying that the store is unable to process credit card requests at this time. Has anyone else experienced this today? Too many people downloading GTA trilogy perhaps haha?

After many hanging and freezing of the app store app, I got it to work on Lion and then snow leopard after multiple restarts and waiting periods. Might have been a local issue but could be broader, has anyone else had problems navigating through the app?

I think first you have to created a apple account for mc app store, then use your credit card with that same account .i hope store will definitely process credit card request now.

same issue here, tried 3 different apps, and all get this code 100 error.
