Hi all.

Been a relatively inactive member for a while now, but still check out forums here occasionally. I searched the forums but could not find any specifics related to my question.

In the Mac App Store (under Lion), how can I sort categories by release or update date?

If you click on "See All" for certain things (New & Noteworthy), it will allow you to sort by date, but it only shows the few apps listed there. If I choose a specific category (say, "Games") there is no sort by date option. I have read online that many of the earliest mac app store developers are upset because their apps are pushed to the last of many pages of apps when browsing apps by category - all thanks to the way that the Mac App Store lists them.

PS - I realize that there are plenty of websites that do this (macupdate, versiontracker), but I'm trying to primarily use the mac app store.

Thanks for any ideas! :)
