Mac App Store not reconising upadates it installed

I am having a weird issue with the MAS. There are updates to the iWork applications and Aperture. I have all ready installed these updates through the MAS and they even show up in Updates Installed in the last 30 Days, but the App Store is still prompting me to install these updates.

To make matters worse, auto update keeps on trying to download these updates and then I can't use the apps:(
