(Searched google and these forums and haven't found an answer yet.)

After download a few free apps in the Mac App Store I sent the apps to trash and emptied it. Now everytime I launch Mac App Store it wants to update the deleted apps. If I hit "Update All" it will reinstall deleted apps.

How do I tell Mac App Store to forget about those deleted apps and prevent it from reinstalling?

Thanks in advance. :)

Good question, I don't know. I didn't see any way to remove an item. . .
You can completely remove an App from Itunes if you ever so please :)

I'm not sure if this is help whatsoever, But I believe the interface is the same as windows. Just right click (Or hold ctrl/cmd, Whatever the mac key is to right click) and delete the app+data.

Worse case scenerio go within the core files in finder and manually trash the .app file of your liking. Is it a pain? Yes.
