Mac app to find hastags for topics / term in social media?

Hi so I'm looking for a high sierra app that'll help me locate hastags for any term specially in Instagram and facebook.

If anyone knows of any app paid/free I'd be grateful. Thanks!

In your browser, enter hashtags in the search. It will bring up many options. One is hastags for Instagram. You could also search hastags facebook for options.
