Hi guys, this might be a long shot of an ask, but I'm looking for a Mac App that could control what kind of notifications gets pushed to my Mac, preferably with integrations with the Focus functionality on Mac & iOS. a. Why do I need this? So I have recently been playing around with the Focus App & how it could silence Whatsapp Notifcations from certain contacts. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the same functionality on the Mac App because Whatsapp App on Macs doesn't actually integrate with Contacts the way their iOS counterpart does, so it wouldn't actually recognize that you're indeed silencing notifications from certain contacts. Every notification would just arrive as normal unless I fully blocked notifications from Whatsapp Desktop App which is obviously not ideal & I would only receive those notifications on my phone. Currently, the only workaround I could think of in this case is completely shutting off Whatsapp Desktop App Notification & using a web based software that would send a webhook every time a new message is received, filtering them off by contact & sending notifications from my allow list using a push notification service like Pushover (not the most straightforward solution & only works with cloud apps that's able to push a notification to a webhook every time new notifications are received). Again this probably is a long shot since what I'm essentially asking is an app that is able to read notifications from any other app and being able to manipulate them which is probably a big no no in Apple land, but I think a simple solution like IFTT's Android Notification Trigger might exist for macOS / iOS & I just probably haven't figured it out yet.
