Mac Appstore games on MBP

I've read all about the poor graphics performance on the 2011 13 inch MBP so I know its not a serious gaming laptop. However, the games in the mac appstore seem to be pretty basic -- and occasionally I'd like to play some of those.

My question is, are the games in the mac appstore designed to run on even the low end mbp or would I have worry about minimum system requirements for these games as well?

I would think each game would tell you what the min. sys. req. would be

Knights of the Old Republic and Dink Smallwood HD run fine on mine.

If you're talking about big studio games, they'll most likely run on low settings depending on your hardware but if you're talking about games that you would find for iOS, those will run no problem.

I can confirm Angry Birds runs like butter.
