i was wondering if it is possibel to use my mac as a telephone for the landline.

Also Vonage offers voip software, it says there's a version for mac. You have to be a customer to download it.

mm..not so much internet telephony.

like i know tehre's software that you can use that could make the mac an answering machine. maybe you need some special adapter?

but goign along those lines...if it can be an answering machine, cant you technically just use the modem as a telephone?
