Mac ATA 133 PCI Card and Maxtor 200gb HD

I bought a Maxtor 200gb HD and it came with a ATA 133 card for windows. I need to know where I can get one for mac for a low price so that I can used all 200gb instead of 129gb... I just spent $150 on the drive and I don't want to have to spend more money I tried using the Windows card but no such luck. Is there a way to use all 200gb with out buying a card? Anyone with any info please reply soon.
