Mac automatically has bonjour server??

Hey guys,

I just got my first mac a few days ago.

I used the program iStumbler to find wifi. It has an option to show Bonjour servers to.

It shows that my computer has a server that shares my public folder.

My question is:

Does the Mac automatically run this server, or did I turn it off?
Is this accessible to anyone?
Where can I adjust the settings for this?
