Mac backup software for iPhone without jailbreak

Hi,

Anyone used any backup software for Mac which I can create backup (contacts and groups, sms, multimedia etc) from iPhone without jailbreak ? iTunes an iCloud not working, backup failed with these.... Can anyone recommend good tools for this purpose?

I'd be more concerned why iCloud isn't working.

ITunes backup failed therefore I need save the phone content another way. More professional software like iExplorer ?
