Hello,

Looking to set up a nanny cam with my Mac Mini. Something like this Logitech system would be perfect...if it were for the Mac.

http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Aler...YG/ref=sr_1_10?ie=UTF8&qid=1301714841&sr=8-10

Ideally, I'd like to have a few cameras wirelessly sending their signal to my Mac Mini and have the Mac recording it. I'd also like to be able to check the cameras from my iPhone.

Any recommendations?

Thanks!

re: Nanny Cam

try these site www.hasllc.net i've seen a lot of baby protection gadgets in these site from alarm clock hidden cameras to desk lamp hidden camera! i think you can get lots of information about nanny equipments here.

I suggest you to go for a trusted security system as that will help you to save money in the long run and will safeguard you from thieves and burglars. Your tricks may fail and you may get in trouble because of saving some dollars. Opt for a good home security system and get a good gadget installed.

iCam is very good and cheap. It utilises your iMacs webcam though it can use other cameras. It has an iphone app. It records multiple still images. You can set it to only record when a camera becomes active/somebody moves.

Handy
