Thinking about buying a Mac Book Air (MBA). I have a Mac Book Pro (MBP) that will be 5 yrs old this November. So I guess my Cinema Monitor (CM) is about that old too.

I have an adapter that I use between my MBP and CM.

Can I use that old CM w a new MBA and will I be able to use the same adapter, no adapter or will the MBA not work w a monitor that old??
Thoughts??
Thx.
Frank

it probably will work, if you allready own the adapter the worst that happens is well you dont get to use a retro monitor :)

If you already have a MDP to DVI adapter, that will work for hooking up a 2010/2011 Air to the Cinema Display unless you are the owner of a 30" ACD. Then you should just look for a new monitor (in reality, there is an adapter, but it has never functioned well).
