I had bought an apple mac book air on 23rd of march and had opened it on 9th of april as it was a gift we bought it earlier to gift on 9th .... we did not open it before 9th ...On charging it for the 1st time I got a shock and on opening we saw a small blue line we ignored it thinking it was the space wallpaper on it and then on constantly working on it the charge got over on putting it for charge we again received a shock and then we left it like that and opened it after some 10 mins ...on opening we saw few blue line on the side After opening it the next day we saw more of them I tried to contact the online company they said they'd try help me but they cant because of the lockdown...they said display damages are always accidental and always the users fault....how is it my fault if I am opening it for the 1st time and I see it ...I even gave the warrenty for it....yesterday I touched it again but it was hot and I even got a bad shock ....m scared ...the product was already broken from the inside b4 I even opened it it was completely new...and now if u see it the whole screen has cracks and i get a shock as well.....
I contacted everyone they said it was my fault can somone help me out of thrs anyways ro get out of this and get it fixed .........

Is the anyone with a similar problem and has gotten it fixed without any charges cuz display damages are not always the users fault
