Mac Book Pro 13inch Internet slow

Hi i got this macbook pro last year in the beginning of august it was the newset one out... Heres the problem..
ok: i had an issue from last week when my mac would not turn on.. it would just turn on and beep once forever until i shut it down manually... so i went to the apple store and they did some tests and replaced the logic bord... so i brought my laptop home yesterday.. ever since i got it.. it has been running super slow. it took long to start up, and becuz of the speed i wiped my hard drive and also reinstalled the os x.... the cd's that came with my mac. Its still slow, it has imporoved a little but if i use skype and just the net it just runs slow!! i have gone to another place and used the intene.t. but its still slow..

When i try to use skype and watch youtube it slows down alot! then it takes a long time to start programs..and my mouse slows down also..

I have 231.4 bytes free of 249.72
Also i dont have any start up programs running right now... either
i dont understand whats going on.. this never occured before..

i know i am thikning of taking it back and will..but i would like to know what is wrong with it..becuz the place is 1 hour away and i have to pay a toll bridge.

I don't know what to tell you, you reinstalled the OS clean, what else is there to do?

Not sure if it helps but try resetting PRAM and SMC.

ok what does resetting th prc do??

and also they are expierncing slow internt..but not to the extereme i do..and my whole computer slows down..and goes crazy..
