This past week end I put 4gb of ram in my laptop. Now before that it would run a around 121-F in temp and now it has not gone over 106-F Is this just a weird thing or well this happen been on here for 5 hours working.

Sounds like your system is no longer needing to use the page file on the hard drive so it doesn't have to spin as much or create as much heat. Good on you, your extra memory has improved the function of your computer.

doubt it, thats not going to drop the temp that much
 
When a hard drive is being as swap for extended periods of time it gets hot. Same idea when you read/write to the drive for a long time.
