Mac Book Speakers

Hey Guys!

Im looking to buy these creative speakers for my Macbook.
I have one of the first generations of the Macbook purchased in 2008.
here are the speakers, I read some reviews that said there computers sound card needed to be upgraded in order for all 5 speakers to work.
Will my macbook be able to handle all 5 of these?

No these speakers will not work on a MacBook. You need to have more than one audio out port in order to utilize the 5.1
