I have my MacBook set up for dual monitors. When it boots up, it boots on the actual Mac screen, not the external monitor. How can I change this? Thanks.

No way that I know of short of custom firmware. The organization settings don't apply until later in the boot process.

I don't think that is possible, without modifying the firmware (as slpdLoad said), and I don't think you would want to go through that much hassle and possibly break your MacBook just for the boot screen.
