Mac cant find Backup disc

I have two MBP- one is mid 2010 and one is mid 2012. Both are having the same problems with my 2011 2 TB Time Capsule.

They will not be able to "Locate the backup disc." If I unplug the time capsule and plug it back in they will locate the disc and do a backup and then the next time, (1 hour later,) they will not be able to find the backup disk. All devices are updated to the latest software. Thank you
